How many administrator users have you created?

I say this because I only have one admin user to manage the forum, do I need to create more admins in case something happens with my only admin account?

I have zero only global moderators

We have a superadmin account which is not a user and is only used when that level is needed (e.g. to create new admins) and three users set as regular admins. So 4, I guess, though we probably really only need two admins at this point, me plus a backup.

yes , this is possible , goto admin panel -> Groups and permissions -> Administrator then add your user which you want as a admin.

Yes, I imagine it would be better to have another user as administrator as a backup, thanks.
