How fast does Support take to respond?

I just filed a ticket. Because of all of these lawsuit troubles, is their support still active or will I just be waiting a very long time? Any one know?

Pretty quick considering everything that's going on.
It is the weekend though, but I'd say a few hours max to get a reply.
