XF 1.4 How does style importing work?

I am looking at the upload folder of a style, and it includes font-awesome.min.css. I assumed that CSS file, along with the others, got imported during the installation of that style. However, when I go to edit templates in the Admin panel, there is no such template as font-awesome.min.css. When I search for a random line from that file within imported templates, nothing is found. So where did all of that go?

Your questions would be better directed at the style author as specific instructions should be available for the style in question.
