XF 1.5 How do I make a custom page for a tab in my navigation bar?

Hi all,

I have an 'Applications' tab in my navigation bar, how do I create a page for that so when people click it, it takes it to a page a certain page that's either been created etc.

I am using the Advanced Applications add-on, It is in the navigation bar, however how do I create a page for it to link to the form?

As there is a tab for it, one would expect the page to already exist.
