XF 2.2 How do I change the text color in the messages?

How do I change the message colors on the forum messages? I'm trying to create a night time skin for my forum.

In a default theme, you need to go to your style properties and click on "Basic Colors" which will bring up your text color options. It may be a bit different if you have a custom theme.

I did that already, but I need to find the specific one that matches up with the texts in the forum messages.
