XF 2.0 How do I change Public Navigation Icons?

Hello XenForo Community, I'm fairly new to using the forum software, and I can't seem to get my head around some of the features.
Recently, I edited my Public Navigation pages, and added some new tabs... I was wondering how I could add/change the icon next to those tabs...
For an example, what's new, members and home, all have the little icon next to the nodes, but any new added pages don't.

Please could someone respond as to how I could fix this, and how to create the icons?
If I need photoshop that's fine, I have that. Yet what do the sizes have to be in Pixels?
