XF 1.3 How do I batch update user state?

Thanks to this add-on, I have 545 users in the user state of "Awaiting email confirmation (from edit)."

How do I batch update these users to "valid"?

While it appears that one can use the Batch Update Users feature to search for users based on user state, one cannot actually change the user state on the subsequent update screen.

There is no option for that.
It has been suggested though.
