XF 2.1 How do I activate these notifications on the top for moderators?

do you guys know, how I activate these notifications for moderators?

As long as they are actually assigned as moderators they will see the moderation box for reports and approval que. They will not see the access to admincp. The one on the left is a not a default option for Xenforo. Translation is messages... what are they for?

You can describe the term "messages" as "alerts" in this case.

You are getting notifications for a thread, which was reported, or a resource, which has to be acknowledged.
This "alert"/"Meldungen" is, what I am asking for to activate for my moderators.

Ensure your moderators are actual forum moderators and not just assigned the moderator usergroup.
