How did you create your TOS?

Hello.

My partner for my forum is just now setting up a forum using XenForo... We don't have a TOS yet. Legal mumbo jumbo is not my thing, nor his. I Googled "Generic Fourm TOS" and from the few that I looked at, well, they looked very cheesy. Did you come up with your own TOS? Did you buy a pre-made TOS? I also did a search on the forum here and couldn't find the answers I was looking for, though I did see some TOS discussion.

I just use a general terms of service. That helps me fight people who want to blame me for what my members post and then help my members maintain their privacy. Oh and that once they post it, it's there on our site for me to decide if I want it gone or not. *otherwise some people have hissy fits and delete everything*

Actually, my forum TOS are:

1. No spam
2. No cheat
3. Respect each others (including privacy)
4. Admin hold final decision
