XF 1.2 How can users delete their account?

How can users delete their account on a XenForo forum? (Not this one).

There is no user option for that, it can only be done by an administrator.

Even if you delete their account, it won't delete their posts unfortunately. By deleting the account you make it harder to find their posts. You'll end up having to go into the database.

There is an add-on called User Self Delete.
