how can i make sure my forum stays up after i die?

Folks, please write a Will. Include what you want to happen in it.

At least in the USA, the probate process will ensure your wishes are done.

I would agree- that would be great. Sadly, none of which are available to me.

I had enough documentation for them to accept payment for the renewal, but no such letters or access to any documentation of his death that they will accept to make me the primary account holder. That seems little self-serving on the part of bluehost.

For clarity-- I am the Xenforo license holder. It's just bluehost that won't make me the primary contact and allow me access to cpanel.

It's just a hobby site and bluehost says they need my articles of incorporation, tax filings and business license. None of these requirements even apply. They are being unreasonable and entirely unhelpful.

Does anyone have a personal contact at bluehost support I could reach out to directly? Has anyone ever had any luck escalating a support issue with bluehost, or are they always unresponsive?

Move from bluehost they sound like they're not willing to help
