its showing to improve the following things
Minimize redirects F (0) Content High
Defer parsing of JavaScript F (44) JS High
Leverage browser caching

with only less traffic my website is getting slow after the update. how can improve the performance of my forum ? i am using xf 2.1.9 ?

Knownhost is good. @MySiteGuy can help you immensely with optimization. But you need to change hosts to something legitimate.

I'd look into it more before you switch hosts.

25s TTFB isn't just a bad host. Something is misconfigured and will still be 25s on another host.

no. It's fine. but it's just a static file. I was just saying it was loading quickly. I'm not sure why Xenforo was taking so long to load. But there's probably a reason that isn't just your host is bad.

I would set up an absolutely brand new virgin installation of xenforo on a password protected subdomain (your licence allows this). No forums or threads or styles or addones. Nothing, just as it is out of the box.

Idf it's 25 seconds you know it's the host and nothing at all in your configuration. ()Might also be useful/interesting to do the same with wordpress and see what happens. They won't be able to argue then.

(Well they will, but they would have no leg to stand on if a new insall of both xenforo and wordpress take 25 seconds)
