XF 1.5 How can I give a phrase a class when HTML won't work in phrases?

I want to give some phrases individual classes. However, with the addon installed, it doesn't allow me to use HTML in phrases. I don't have knowledge with PHP so I can't edit the source files.

If you can't put HTML in the phrase, the only option is to edit the template where the phrase is being used (if applicable).
