Convincing my parents wasn't exactly easy as this was a fairly expensive thing
Those where the days when Sony was a cool company with innovative quality products. Not much (if any) of it is left.

Insane.
I must admit, I've never seen anything bigger than a F1 which you cannot compare to the monsters that hit in the Tornado Alley. I've seen a few pics of the recent events and it's really hard to imagine how a storm could rip the bark off trees but that's exactly what has happened.

Sadly enough, these monsters are striking outside the "Tornado Alley" zone this year, i.e. Alabama, Georgia.

Everyone was not fitting the stereotype of the 80's. In fact I think it was more on TV and a minority of people.
Some people stood out but everyone was not wearing a huge collars, acetone shirts, and leisure suits. I don't think most of us had feathered hair either.
