XF 1.4 Horizontal statistics bar like IPB

Hello,

I found in the past a little statistics bar which was just above my footer but I did not find the custom code anymore.
I don't remember if it was a mod or custom code...

It was a bar like the one in att.

It's not a default option, so I'm not sure of any specific approach to doing that. It would need template/CSS changes to do.
