Fixed Highlighting quote/reply link position unusable

I'm not sure whether this comes down to just my phone or what the deal is but the quote/reply links when I highlight text in a post is unusable because of where it's located. Most of the time it's just the reply button, but I've noticed instances where the quote button is covered and the reply button is usable. I've included a few images here to help explain my issue.

In this instance the quote button works just fine, but there's no way to click on reply.



Here, both buttons would be usable.



I'm not sure what the solution would be here but I'm hoping you all can come up with something. This is very annoying...at least to me.

I've applied a fix for this in 2.0.2, but if you find that it's still too close and the handles still get in the way, @Kier me again and I'll look into it further.

Seems to be plenty of space to work on my phone. Nicely done, and thanks!
