I am trying to post transparent background pictures to the forums using the direct link option and they all show up with white backgrounds. Does Xenforo not support transparent images?

Nope one of my guildee's bought it it is licensed though. We figured it out this thread can be closed.

You need to ensure the license holder asks questions themselves in future.

"It's licensed though" isn't quite proof enough.

Glad the issue was sorted though.

Edit: They can also add your name to their license if you need to get support on their behalf in the future.

The person that holds the license just needs to type in your forum user name here: http://xenforo.com/customers/forum-users
