I set up a test forum on a URL that was different from my original license. I decided to go ahead and purchase a second license for that URL. I tried to upgrade the forum but got this error: "Oops! We ran into some problems."
So, now I'm trying to manually upgrade my new forum with the correct license. However, the instructions say: "Before downloading, ensure that the Download the upgrade package only option is selected." However, I don't see this download option. I see these options:
Do I use the download importers option? I've already setup the forum and don't want to start from scratch.
