XF 2.1 Health Check Found Missing Files

The last health check found something new....missing files. I do see the errors started a few weeks back on 03 June 2019. But looking at the locations, both of those "vendor" folders listed are no longer there. What is the best way to resolve this? Just upload those folders? Do something else to ensure the integrity of the entire site? Thanks.

They best way to upload the missing file, Hopefully it will resolve the issue. Second you must investigate why these files are missing if you not delete.
