I hate this like crazy! I copy a text from somewhere and bang i have a heading. And i cant use the typical function "erase" to get rid of this.
Why i can delete b or i or u, but not a heading?!
What is the sense of different beaviour? I am so angry about this heading that i will now write a regex to kill it while saving.

Generally speaking, block-level formatting is not removed by the "remove formatting" button. This applies to things like lists, alignment, quotes and headings. (You'll see this in a number of web-based text editors.)

You can remove the heading by using the paragraph formatting menu (essentially the same way you'd insert a heading in the first place).
