Have You Read VBTruth?

I came across this website today: http://vbtruth.com/

Essentially a blog for people who are pissed off with vBulletin, Internet Brands and their rude staff. Must admit that I was surprised that they have hired people who are being rude to paying customers.

I was unaware at how bad their customer service had got as I don't login there any more - my owned licenses date back to 2009 and IB didn't honour the previous owned license agreements so I have no reason to (I also stupidly bought the publishing suite at launch but later sold it).

Any XenForo users here still use vBulletin?

As a general rule of thumb, vB bashing threads are unwelcome.
