Has Elon Musk lost his mind or?…

I didn't watch it. I've watched it now and it seems very weird, with children touching a man's foot - but what is it? Is it some kind of performance art? I do tend to think some of that stuff can be ridiculous, but to each his own.
I walked nothing back beyond revising it once I'd seen the video - to point out that what I originally thought was bit weird (the single image) became obviously very weird seeing the interaction with the little girl and the man. I then went on to say that I agreed totally with what Starbucks said - all in the light of having watched it.
Sorry, I misquoted you. You said that a child touching a man's foot was weird (only weird, not SA to a degree, but definitely child abuse involved) and the performance art was ridiculous. You did not condemn the act of sexual contact or behavior with someone who doesn't have the capacity to consent.
Sexual Assault said:
The term sexual assault refers to sexual contact or behavior that occurs without explicit consent of the victim. Some forms of sexual assault include: Attempted rape. Fondling or unwanted sexual touching. Forcing a victim to perform sexual acts, such as oral sex or penetrating the perpetrator's body.

Sorry, I misquoted you.
Apology accepted

Not only weird, I actually said very weird.
You did not condemn the act of sexual contact or behavior with someone who doesn't have the capacity to consent.
But then neither did anyone else condemn it beyond @Starbucks saying "weird sh.. and ridiculous". Perhaps I missed something. EDIT: Ah yes, Starbuck also said "very angry."

Not only weird, I actually said very weird.
Sorry, very weird*, yet still not condemning it. I don't think I'd have to squeeze 2 or 3 replies from @Starbucks to straight up say that shouldn't have ever been allowed to happen (condemn it straight up) and also probably go to the extent of also saying that if they were in the US, every single participant should've been criminally charged, to the cameraman and to the person that decided to distribute it as I'd classify the uncensored version as CSAM.

I said It was very weird and ridiculous. (I didn’t say a little ridiculous, I was agreeing with @Starbucks who said it was weird sh.. and “this is ridiculous” I absolutely would not want my kids, or anyone’s, involved in anything like that. Yes weird sh.. indeed, and ridiculous.
Last night I found out there’s an uncensored video that goes a bit further than what we saw in that video. I did not watch the complete uncensored video because things got even much weirder and stopped it. I genuinely would like to know what the parents of those kids did after they found out about that.

I don’t speak Portuguese, but I’ll try to find an article about this and see if there’s anything about this.

You have a bigot ruining your country.
You only want to take part so that you can troll people. You're a bit of a smartarse.
The Aussie troll of American politics was out-trolled at their own game.

I only went back to the first post that could be considered a troll, but there are many other comments that you made in this thread that might not be "trolling", per se, but definitely made to get under people's skin, which I think the definition of trolling is at the core of it.

Same was said over the last 4 years about Radical left policies and the Biden Administration. As you see, this is an issue on both sides of the aisle.

People just tend to be ignorant to that because of the MSM propaganda. “Trump is Hitler!!!!” As I said earlier, get real and grow up. People are not falling for the liberal tantrums anymore.
Yeah but and whataboutism.

just a guy that strongly believes in the 1 fundamental document that all should follow. I hope that made my position to you clearer.
Since the Constitution guarantees birthright citizenship and this was upheld by SCOTUS in the late 1800's, the blatantly unconstitutional executive directive going against the 14th amendment must really anger you.

To me, she is kind of the clown of the village, but in a funny way. A while back, In one comment she tells people off for asking (back then) about 2.3, meanwhile 5 min later she asks the staff if they can please provide some info in private message and that she’ll keep it private. Or about Paul’s absence, that she’ll be open to discuss this topic in private with the staff so she’s aware about his situation (she even opened a ticket for it).

Like, in WHAT world, would the XF staff even do that. When reading these posts of her, I’m really laughing, which is why I’m calling it kinda the clown of the village. But again, in a fun way, not as an insult or anything, it’s just funny to read.

Again, I’m not insulting her, I just find it a very funny person on the forum community here, she brings the “what the ffff” vibes to the forum, in a good way. So whenever I see she quoted one of my post (or someone’s else’s), I know it’s gonna be another funny post. (Which is also why I checked out her forum, and it’s quite funny tbh)

And yeah. I’m sure people call me a troll, or annoying person, and well, that’s ok. I’ve never taken anything personal on the forum because we don’t know each other in person. They can call me whatever they want, like this @smallwheels guy calling me an American and not knowing about time zones, while I’m a fellow European, working every day with 3 different time zones.

To me, it’s just a fun game we’re all playing here. So I read all this, while drinking a coffee, or a gin tonic (in the swimming pool, not sure who called me out for “drinking alcohol in the pool” but it’s very nice), while enjoying the 38° Celsius Argentinian weather.

These small little things, it brings some fun in life. So kuddos to this community because even though we’ve this big Elon Musk thread, I enjoy reading it. It’s a fun small break during the day ☀️

Not at all, because unlike you, I know John Bingham's intent behind the 14th Amendment. That intent will surely be brought up in challenging birthright citizenship, but if SCOTUS doesn't agree with the original author's intent, I'll give it up.

Edit: They can always overturn a decision, as they recently have, and have the seats to do so.

I think it was because you were on a cellphone in a pool, as if that much electrical current could kill you if you dropped it, but I vaguely remember that.

Oh yeah I remember that too now. I usually use my iPhone in the pool for music or YouTube/TikTok, but because the iPhone is water resistant it's all ok (it should be). In the beginning I wasn't that big of a fan taking my iPhone to the pool, but my girlfriend insisted some pool photos and underwater photos, especially on vacation. But I never use it in the pool while charging of course!

But I do recommend to chill in a floating donut in the pool with a Campari orange or gin tonic, while you're listening to music (or a podcast) and... sunbath hahaha

SCOTUS already ruled on this very issue: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._Wong_Kim_Ark
A person born in the USA is a citizen, and does not have to have US citizens as parents.

Unlike you, I've actually read the case law.

Reread your case law. They did not factor in an invasion.
The Supreme Court's majority concluded that this phrase referred to being required to obey U.S. law

8 U.S.C. 1325, or illegal entry, is already disobeying law.

Times have changed. So, they're going to need to revisit that and take 8 U.S.C. 1325 into consideration this time.

^ Translation: Spin, shuck and jive when you don't agree with the Constitution applying to Trump.

Are you a Christian?

No. I'm agnostic. But I don't see the relevance of a former SCOTUS ruling that should be overturned with new precedence set by 8 U.S.C. 1325 having anything to do with my religious beliefs.
Its just another way for liberals to attempt to strawman you. Glad you are woken up to their tactics.
