Hello,

If we change admin.php link from XenForo_Link file (editing buildAdminLink function) there will be some problems

We need to edit 3 phrases, 2 templates and another php file for fixing problems. I think, they should be change on next versions

Here is the list of editings

  • Phrases
  1. option_enableTrophies_explain (2 links)
  2. option_userTitleLadderField_explain
  3. sitemap_contents_can_be_controlled_via_options
  • Templates
  1. moderator_bar (2 links)
  2. notice_board_closed
  • File
  1. XenForo_ViewRenderer_HtmlAdmin (Line 52)

Best wishes

There's never an expectation for the admin.php file to use a different name.

Could you explain why you have to rename it?

As we don't provide a built in way to change admin.php, we don't generally have an expectation that it be changed. If you plan on changing it, you'll either need to accept this or to manually change other locations.
