The alert feature should only be available, if the user has selected the "resolved" or "rejected" option.

ATM he's able to select "do not change" or "unassign" , activate the " send resoultion/rejection alert" checkbox and fill in the alert input field, but it won't create an alert.

I'm moving this to suggestions. As noted elsewhere, the "disabling" system is really just a UI nicety and we don't have a system anywhere that handles cases where a sub-option applies to 2 or more options.
