Guests on xenforo.com

Seems an unusual amount of guest viewers on Xenforo.com lately? Or did I just not notice it before?

I just noticed it earlier too. I actually copied this and pasted it in discord for a friend to see earlier. This is what it was:

Total: 2,747 (members: 39, guests: 2,708)

Targeted trolling from a forum that doesn't like Xenforo or maybe any paid software, I suspect.

Most likely bots and spammers. I help admin an xenforo forum and most of the 376 guest visitors have IP's related to OVH hosting which is mostly spam related. On my own forum there is currently only 4 guests.

When it takes a sudden huge jump like that, it is almost always another site reacting to something posted on your site - or an outright DDoS attempt.
