Browser issue Guest editor doesn't load properly

Guest editor also breaks on tablet when it loads. Reloading or scrolling up fixes it:

I'm curious if you're still seeing this.

However, this sort of rendering glitch is almost certainly a browser/GPU-related issue. Without us being able to reproduce it locally, I doubt we could even be able to attempt to resolve it. I don't believe we've had any other reports of it either.
