Lack of interest Grouping Likes in the Alerts Area?

People on our forum seem to "Like" nearly every post. This is great for positive feedback, but it also clogs up alerts, to the point where most people have to turn off Like notifications. Additionally, it makes the newsfeed look like a mess.

Would there be any possibility in the future of doing it more like Facebook? For example:

Peace, Bob, and 3 others Liked your Post

Instead of receiving individual alerts for all 5 "Likes"?
