[Goldex] Favorite – Thread Recommendations - Adds a thread recommendation system with counter, voters list and a recommended threads widget.

Favorite – Thread Recommendations adds a complete recommendation system for threads.

Users can recommend threads using a dedicated button. Each recommendation increases a counter, visually marks the thread as recommended, and can be displayed in a recommended threads widget.

Thread starters can receive alerts when other users recommend their threads.

The add-on currently supports threads only.
Support for Resource Manager may be considered in the future.
