I've received some feedback regarding watching forums and threads from our users, so I wanted to share it. Currently, when you click the Watch Forum link, an overlay comes up asking you about your preferences such as email notification preferences and alert preferences. Our users have said that this is more of a global preference they would set once, and not something they would generally change from one forum or thread to another. So they've asked to have a check box on the watch overlays that basically say "Apply these preferences to all watched forums in the future" so they don't have to deal with the preferences overlay every single time. So the goal from that point forward is to make the process of watching something a one-click event, instead of a two, three or four click event like it is now.
