This is the first professional forum I have created in my long community path, all others were about hobbies and stuff.
It has a slow start, it's accompanied by Wordpress as the main site, and with xenscript's bridge plugin, topics are automatically created inside the xenforo forums from the wordpress topics.
Design is not something great, just a few small customizations in colors to a bought skin.
I would welcome your comments mostly about the community of course, the problem we have seen so far (it's only open for 3 days) is that most people in this market prefer to communicate through twitter and linkedin.
I plan to introduce job boards also in the near future.
