GIF Avatars with Gifsicle Integration

I am a macOS user, and currently running XenForo 2.2.10 on my localhost. I want to use GIFs as avatars, and I don't want to use Imagick for that. There is an add-on called "[UH] GD Gif Animations" that I use. This add-on requires Gifsicle, and I don't know how to install it on my upload folder. Please help, thanks.
