P Paul B XenForo moderator Staff member Jun 28, 2015 #6 My guess is the "Rate resources" permissions isn't set correctly. You can use the permissions analyser to determine where a final value is being set. The link in my signature explains how to set groups and permissions up correctly. Upvote 0 Downvote
