Hi Guys - new here. I'm a (the) mod on a site (not the owner) and came looking for some ideas/answers.

I currently have someone telling me they can't access "edit" in the "Inbox" function. Is there a way I can search for this type of problem on here - without asking naïve/simple questions that have been raised umpteen times before ? Is there a spot that shows minor glitches/hiccups and how to correct them ?

I put it in this section so as not to stuff up the main areas.
