Is there anything specific you clicked on? The only ad I have is in the footer and is not a redirect/popup.

Looks good. The profiles remind me of something I would have tried back in the day when I owned forums. Nice to see someone try something different from the norm. Great work

• Homepage is changing to show latest posts from the Gaming News forum - Comment count will determine how "hot" a thread is on the Homepage
• Gaming News forum will be dedicated to member submitted news (with sourced links to article)
• VIP Member upgrades will become active
  • VIP Members can approve news threads in the Gaming News forum

Today a major update has gone live. The homepage has been re-worked along with a few other new features/changes.

• Homepage has been changed to show threads posted in the Gaming News forum.
  • Each thread on the homepage will show comment count (posts on the thread), date posted, user who posted and a either a Fresh, Rising Up, Exploding or Hot tag.
  • The comment count background and top border color is determined by how high the comment count is. The same goes with the tags.
• Gaming News forum has been opened up for everyone to post news articles. These news articles will require a source/credit URL to the original post.
  • All posted news article threads will require approval from either a staff member or Gold Member.
• A Gold Member upgrade has been created with includes added features for those who sign up.
  • Distinguish yourself from others with the Gold Member badge
  • Custom username color
  • Special Trophy for upgrading
  • Ability to use a signature that displays below your posts
  • Ability to approve Gaming News submissions
  • Post in the Gaming News forum without the need for approval
  • Delete your own posts
  • Unlimited time to edit your own posts
  • Add up to 10 users to conversation
  • Access to new features/Beta testing
• A few style tweaks have been made.
