Galleria: The Basics

Maybe just a liiiitle screenshot?

Maybe after I get the hierarchy working. ;-)

It would be cool if the gallery showed all images (attached or IMG tag) in a thread/sub forum in your gallery.

That way some people who don’t necessarily want to take part in discussion and clicking many pages to find images.

Look forward to your add-on!

I must say I kinda forgot about this addon, until I saw this when I came on today (yeah, sorry, sounds rude, haha) but I am really looking forward to this getting released hopefully in the near future. It would be awesome to have a full on gallery with xenforo.

It's probably been said before but as much as I want to go hunting back through Album/Gallery suggestions, discussions, resources and off the cuff mentions in Off Topic...
Imagine the scenario:
User X comes back of their holiday with 159 photos (ok, a short weekend) :) and uploads their stuff to their most fave site: photobucket, flickr and so on.
The absolute last thing they'd want to do at this point, is re-upload everything once again to a forum.
Is there any way that any gallery/albums product, call it what you want, be able to pull a feed from every major picture/media hosting service?
An "opt in" service per user?

User Y, "wow dude, saw your pix on FB! Awesome....be that was a plastic fish really huh? lol. Stick 'em on the forum when you can yeh?!"
User X, "yeh no probs, may be a bit later, well shattered init!"
...
User Y waits, waits and community waits and waits and... You see where I'm going with this?

KK has always said his add-on's for xenForo will be free. I could be wrong though.
Correct for Galleria, but I have yet to decide to sell an add-on, but that doesn't necessarily mean I never will.

I am exploring multiple ways of displaying images on the front end. One of the more plausible solutions is to include both page navigation (traditional) and a more Twitter-like "Load More" button to keep everything on one page (eventually).

Hey, don't short-change the rest of us. :p

I'm definitely excited to get my hands on this. I plan to find as many bugs as possible. :p
Looks like I found the first person to infect with a hidden script. You shall not report any errors... Galleria shall be peeeeerrrrrffffeeeect (OK, that's just cocky. haha).

Looking forward to your continued development.

Hmm, this sounds promissing..

Sugestion if I may;

Allow users to choose their uploaded images from the gallery when you click on upload a file while posting a message.

The Geek had a add-on for this functionality for vbGallery: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=99011

Thanks!

I think this has to be one of the most wanted features in most galleries attached to forums. For no other reason than a lot of users tend to be stupid non-technical
