Galleria: The Basics

Consider me your first costumer;) I'm dying to get a supported gallery with all of this functionality.

can we see some attachment, or a demo version

I remember some chap on twitter mention a gallery titled codename: Galleria. I always wondered if he started, it started or even whether it's a start that the starting point started far sooner than publicly mentioned that it is starting. It appears so. I'm not asking for updates, nor a preview. I'm simply here to say Nice work (i'm sure the product is going to be great by you talented developers) and I'm sure everyone appreciates the efforts your putting in juggling your time around. (y)

*eats a banana*

Is there any update ? Atleast do you have some timeframe when this will be ready . Will this project be finished by december or is it going to take more longer time ?

Some of you may have been keen and noticed that I've been working behind the scenes with a few people, specifically Onimua, bobster65, and Forsaken. Together, we have formed XenFluence, a joint development venture. Read all about our announcement over there, and gain insight into our plans. What this means is a few changes to the Galleria project.
  1. The gallery will be paid, as we have worked out a deal to allow a proper support structure over at XenFluence.
  2. Projected dates were modified, but I'm hoping to have a beta ready in Q1 2012.
  3. Support & Downloads will not be housed on XenForo
  4. Most product announcements and updates will be posted at XenFluence, not XenForo.
I will keep this thread going as the current discussion platform until Galleria is released.
PS - I really don't want to hear the "I told you months ago to charge for Galleria. I'm glad you finally listened to my advice." posts. It has nothing to do with anything anybody has said in this thread. Situations have changed, and opportunities afforded, that's all.

Good for you guys. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with (y)

Sounds like a great idea.

We proudly introduce XenFluence, partnership between David Hernandez (Onimua), Bob Baldani (bobster65), and Jeremy Dentel (King Kovifor). Our goal is to bring you high-quality XenForo add-ons at an affordable rate.

The XenFluence developers will create and maintain solid add-ons for your XenForo installations. Our product lineup at this time includes:
  • Blog
  • Pickem
  • SportsBook
  • Galleria
  • Downloads Manager
Pricing, features, and availability will be announced individually for each product at a later date.

In addition to the above, we are also developing a free vBulletin 4 importer that will allow you to import your vBulletin 4 installation to XenForo 1.1. A beta version of the vBulletin 4 importer will be made available soon.

We look forward to bring you these products and much more in the near future.
source. No mention of Forsaken @ xenfluence.com.

At least now it's clear why we couldn't give you guys a clear answer. Sorry about that. :pThere's still a couple of rabbits trapped in the hat.

lol this is taking long time more then expected ! can't wait to see what you guys got to offer .

Seriously, don't. I'm not going to argue with you past this post (and I even said to not post these). The reasons I wasn't going to charge is I wouldn't be able to provide solid support. The situation has obviously changed and the support I would require to charge. I wasn't listening to your advice. Your persistence was annoying back then, and still annoying now. Stop.

I just read all 17 pages of this thread for the heck of it, and well, BOBSTER FINISH DEM DAMN MOBILE PHONE APPS.
Because I so didn't make that up to mess with Bobster, Onimua and Kovifor, as well as trying to stop people about asking when the release is happening (every few posts).
