My sites were with a large network, then went independent. We did not import any posts. The count started at zero in late August, and have hit 100k + in three months.

So, as I am currently a project leader at this forum, let me introduce it .

Recently we converted from vBulletin the biggest russian forum about houses, cottages, construction, householding and other related stuff. And here it is — http://www.forumhouse.ru .

Currently we have more than 2,000,000 posts and about 100,000 daily visits. And we are expecting a stable growing in the coming months.

I just posted some questions in presales which will determine a conversion of a 1.6 million posts vb4 forum. I won't link unless we make the move but this thread does show its possible to do the conversions of large boards.
