XF 2.1 Forums are 404 after upgrade from 1.5 to 2.1

All my forums are throwing a 404 error after the upgrade. I have everything setup on a sandbox so this problem isn't urgent- http://staging.fordthunderbirdforum.com/
As you see the main forum loads.

Does it work if you disable friendly URLs? You might need to (re)configure your web server for friendly URLs: https://xenforo.com/xf2-docs/manual/options/#friendly-urls

That resolved it! It has been 4 years since I set that up on 1.5 and forgot about it!
