Fixed forum_post_thread_chooser uses strip_tags on node description

The forum_post_thread_chooser is applying the filter strip_tags to the node.description;

But else where this is rendered as HTML;

The edit form for forum descriptions explicitly says HTML is allowed.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.1.10).

Change log:

Don't strip HTML tags on post content choosers.
