Hi, I somehow missed that the my sites individual forum URL's have two directories in the full URL. For example:

http://www.cruise-addicts.com/forums/forums/community-message-board.26/

The main forum directory is http://www.cruise-addicts.com/forums/

How did this happen? Here is some info on the settings

My Board URL is listed as http://www.cruise-addicts.com/forums in the admin

Index page route: forums/

Use Friendly URL's is checked.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Oddly enough here is what a FORUM thread URL is. (No double forums dir)

Hi Brogan, I'm alittle confused. The Installation says to install the software in my chosen directory, such as "Community/" and I've done it in "Forums/". Why is it showing /Forums/Forums/ then? Isn't their a workaround for this?

XF uses 'Forums' for forums so if you'd installed in /Community, you'd have /Community/Forums in the above example. It's generally recommended to not install in a /forums/ directory for this reason although it won't hurt anything.

The second one is an internal route to identify the content type -- forums, threads, members, etc. If you don't want to change where you've installed XenForo, you can use a route filter to change forums/ to (for example) f/ .

Ok, I understand now. I honestly don't know how I missed this. I appreciate all your help. I do like having it installed in it's own directory though. I think a route filer will work.
