XF 1.3 Forum spanish

I could say as I can put my forum in Spanish and the steps I should follow to do this?

You either need to translate the forum through the phase system yourself or install a language pack from the resource manager through the appearance tab of your ACP. Once you do that, you can remove the English language or make it non-selectable and set Spanish as the default.
