Forum Moderator Edit Description

I help run a forum roleplaying site, and for each roleplay that is ongoing, there is a person associated with it who runs it and keeps up on the story. These users are assigned as moderators for the forum they run, but that's all. However, it would be really nice if they had the ability to make a few changes to their forum(s) like editing its description without having to contact an admin to do it.
Does anyone have any idea of how to do this easily or any other better solutions?

The only thing that would be closest to what you are wanting would be to add the users as administrators but only tick the box for 'Manage Nodes', meaning that they only have the permissions to manage nodes. Even though they can manage all nodes, it is something you could keep an eye on.
