RM 1.0 Forcing number of downloads and rating

I have few files on my vbulletin Downloads II plugin that i will manually upload again in the Resource Manager when i will switch to XenForo.
I wish to preserve ratings and number of downloads.
Is enough edit the below listed fields in table xf_Resources ?:

download_count
rating_count
rating_sum
rating_avg

Or should i also insert one record for each ratings in xf_resource_rating, in order to mantain integrity ?
Also, what about rating_weighted ? what's it?

If you want to do that you will need to manually insert the values, after having worked out the correct values.
