Displaying the number of downloads to member who haven't bought yet

I see that when I was a member who hadn't bought yet, the number of downloads didn't display or displayed almost none. Yet when I became a full member (paid), I see that the mods have been downloaded hundreds of times.

To me, this isn't good because it gives the impression that mods aren't being dowloaded very often or at all.

Just a little observation.

I cannot confirm this problem. I tested it as a guest and as an unlicensed user. In both cases I can see the download counters for resources.

Humn. because I couldn't.. For instance, the portal only displayed just a few downloads so I thought it was either new or not popular. When I became a paid member, it showed many.

Jake's response above is correct. My business partner just registered and she's not attached to a license, but can see the download counts for each resource.
