XF 1.3 Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin.php

I am trying to edit a member and i keep getting this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin.php on this server.

Can anyone help please?

Can you access any other admin.php pages?

HTTP 403 (Forbidden) is a server error. The server itself is blocking the request before it ever gets sent to XenForo. More information may help to isolate the problem, such as whether or not all of admin.php is blocked.

I contacted my host last night and it turned out to be a problem on the server there side, so its all been fixed.
