What type of consistency or texture on the taco? I have a few recipes somewhere I can find.

Doesn't matter i have been trying some recipes i got through other fellas in my site . If you find the recipe just post it i will give it a try . I am willing to try any kind of fish taco just to learn atleast .

@Kim have you tried checking at Asian Grocery stores ? They usually have fresh fish stocked .

WE don't have an Asian grocer near us :p

There is a fish shop, but they want $39.99 per kg for EVERY kind of fish, other than Basa (Viet river fish) Which I don't like.

Not that far away is a cute little fishing co-op, but they are very limited in what they have, only whatever is "running" that day, as it is caught locally... I love going there, but they are not cheap either, and it is a fair way out of my way.

That's mostly due to your location :p.

Tonight I had to make a cream based dish as I am currently doing product testing for a company.

So I decided on a creamy curry, but to make it as light and healthy as possible... so it has almost no oil in it, and I used Fish and Prawns (shrimp) with a small amount of light cream in at the end.

Ling and Prawn curry, served with Tomato Chili and Cucumber Mint Yoghurt riata and home made naan bread.

For anyone interested... per serve including the Naan under 400 cals - no sugar, low salt, low fat and very delicious!
