They were very good. The meat was excellent! bulgogi ftw! I was hardly able to finish half though. Too much fried food for me XD

I usually make two meals of it. Eat half sitting down, and eat the other half for dinner or a midnight snack

Well, that's a heck of a generalization.

Burnt has flavor too ya know. Bacon slightly burnt, for example.

Ask for 'burnt ends' from the brisket at your local BBQ place. Holy... some white bread & slaw with burnt ends and I'm happy.

I'm the same truth be told I don't eat it, even though it is the only meat fat I can tolerate

We buy the "short cut" bacon which has virtually no fat on it anyway
