Food Fantasia

I would never be a vegan or vegetarian; went to school with one, as well as that girl I dated, and they just looked unhealthy.

Yep we're definately designed to be omnivores :)

Same here but I couldn't do it full time, I love meat too much.

Yeah I agree, I love animals, but they are made of delicious meat :p

I could be if i had to be though, or if I had an ounce more guilt about eating them, I have gone through phases of just eating chicken and fish, that's about as close as I get.

But bacon.. mmmm and the odd Steak or rare roast beef, brings me undone :p

My girlfriend -loves- rabbits, and shortly after we started dating she said she wanted to get one because she liked them...

So I told her I liked them too... Because they're delicious.

Yeah I could do it if I had to but it would have to be a bloody good reason.

Rare roast beef, love it but most of my family like it over done.

When it comes to cow, for me it has to be knock it's horns off and wipe it's arse.

LOL well I like it slightly more cooked than that :p

Don't you just hate it when you have to ruin a piece of meat by overcooking it, to cater to other people's tastes

Do I ever.

Having said that though I'll often take it out early and cut mine off and shove it in again for the others.

I love it as rare as possible, first time I done steaks for mates, one of them looked at mine and said 'are you sure the cu-next-tuesday is dead?' I punched him.

I like your effort to bypass the filter :p.

Most of the people I know do not like things more then medium, and most of my family (mostly the younger cousins, and my girl cousins) have learned that eating medium food tastes much better.

I'm the food nazi in the family.

I don't cook red meat higher then medium; if they don't like it, they don't have to eat it :p.

Did that at a BBQ up Newcastle way and one person simply had to throw the steaks back on and crisp to within an inch of charcoal .... never did like that family member.

My family is really fussy when it comes to meat, my sister won't eat beef, steak, lamb or pork., Dad will eat pork but it has to be cooked really, really slowly and Mum is the same as sister, she has never, and reckons never will, eat lamb.

It's only my brother and me who just love meat in any form.

Well, if they bring up cook higher then medium they get the stinkeye, and generally I will not cook for them afterwards :p.
