Really, you would have corn chips... to dip in the top bits I guess? Not a abad idea, but I don't have any :(

This was really yummy dish, would make it again in a flash!
 
I made another version of the Buritto bowl thing (we need a better name for that) today... Yeah I'm obsessive lol!

This time I used brown rice, and we had a small amount of marinated Rump steak cooked fast and rare instead of the chicken.

It was even nicer I think!

Is that the southern pronunciation or Ohio, lol? Here (Michigan), I'd say it's more like chih (like "chip")-poht (long O)-lay. Interesting. :)

I'd post pictures of what I'm eating here, but it's always caf food, so... :P (actually, our cafeterias are pretty good here :D)
