XF 1.2 Fixed Width Style

The 'Fixed Width Style' here is narrower than the default style, but it is also still responsive. How would I go about making that change to the default style?

I notice the Responsive Design options in Style Properties have settings for narrow, medium or wide - am I looking in the right place?
